P&P Information

Please note that all personalised items are customised and handmade to order. Whilst I aim to dispatch these orders within 3 working days this is not guaranteed so please allow for this when placing an order. Shipping methods and times apply from when your order is complete and ready to post.

If you have a specific date that you require an order for please contact me in advance to ensure that I can meet your requirements.

I send items using Royal Mail tracked 48 services and you will be provided with tracking information as soon as it is available. I try to provide the most cost effective postage options - in the event that your order contains multiple items for which I can offer a better rate I will contact you prior to shipping to advise you of this.

For multiple item orders I may ship in more than one package depending on combined size and weight.
